Kristin Fischer of Kalahar Appraisal has a B.S. in Real Estate from St. Cloud State University.  Kristin has over 15 years of experience in residential appraisal.  She is a Certified Residential Appraiser and Consultant and is licensed through the State of Minnesota.  Kristin belongs to the St. Cloud Area Association of Realtors and the Chamber of Commerce.
